Capping your fascia in Navestock.
We suggest that existing fascias are removed in most instances but if your old fascias are free from rot you can actually “cap” the existing fascia with a 10mm capping board specifically produced for the job. This will certainly decrease the cost of materials and waste disposal and can be a perfectly appropriate solution delivering the same finish and durability as fascia replacement at a lower price when installed effectively.
We also provide a service to replace the guttering only if required.
